Octopus Energy is scaling fast - and as we expand our product range (heat pumps, solar, radiators, EV chargers), we’re transforming how we work with our logistics partners.We’re looking for a commercially minded, outcome-driven 3PL Manager to own the performance, cost, and continuous improvement of all third‑party logistics partnerships across Octopus’ network - spanning inbound, storage, fulfilment, and distribution. You’ll ensure our partners deliver operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainability through data‑led insight, strong governance, and open‑book collaboration.This role sits at the intersection of supplier performance, commercial strategy, and operational delivery - driving accountability and continuous improvement across multiple logistics partners.It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who loves combining commercial acumen, data, and collaboration to deliver measurable impact across a fast‑moving, purpose‑driven supply chain. One of the primary operating locations for this role will be our Harlow site, with additional site visits scheduled based on operational demand.
