Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for a Production Operative to work near Downham Market on a 3 shift rotation. The role includes assisting in bagging lines, stock movement, and quality checking. Training provided; manufacturing experience preferred. The hourly rate is £15.42.

Qualifications

• Full training will be provided; previous experience within a manufacturing background would be beneficial.
• A counterbalance forklift license would be desirable.
• Driving license and own transport are preferred due to company location.

• General Warehouse and Factory Duties including some line work.

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to work on the outskirts of Downham Market on a 3 shift rotation basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the running of the bagging lines.
• Assist in movement of stock around the warehouse.
• Quality checking all items to ensure no packaging damage.
• Working with an electronic stock control system.
• General Warehouse and Factory Duties (will include some line work).
• Manual physical work will be involved.

Shifts

Days, Afternoons and Nights shifts are available on a 3 shift pattern (Monday to Friday). You must be able to work all three shifts.

Requirements and Preferences

• Full training will be provided; previous experience within a manufacturing background would be beneficial.
• A counterbalance forklift license would be desirable. However, you will be required to perform bagging production duties.
• Driving license and own transport are preferred due to company location.

Compensation

Hourly rate: £15.42 per hour.
