  1. Own the Toughest Problems: Handle escalations from 1st and 2nd Line teams, ensuring timely resolutions for complex technical issues.

  3. Deliver Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with your team and clients to recommend and implement technical solutions that keep businesses secure and productive.

What You’ll Bring
