Responsibilities

We are seeking highly experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join the medical secretarial team within the Department of Clinical Neurosciences (DCN).

You should have significant secretarial experience and possess excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills with working knowledge of MS 365 applications as well as NHS administration systems including Trakcare is essential.

You are required to be a flexible individual, with the ability to work well under pressure. A level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively is also required.

Essential qualities also include excellent audio typing skills. A typing test will form part of the interview process.
