Working as a Graduate in Asset Management and Advisory will mean working on exciting and innovative projects. This service line is composed of the Power Systems Consulting and Energy Strategy Consulting teams delivering services to our national and international clients and is comprised of circa 50 colleagues with a range of engineering and multidisciplinary skills.

Power Generation:
Join our Asset Integrity team and help shape the future of energy infrastructure through engineering excellence and digital innovation. As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll work across renewable, thermal, and nuclear power generation sectors, applying your Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering background to real-world challenges. You’ll be part of a team that leverages data analytics, digital twins, and smart inspection technologies to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of critical assets. From offshore wind farms to advanced nuclear facilities, you’ll contribute to projects that blend traditional engineering with cutting-edge digital tools. You’ll be mentored by industry experts, encouraged to innovate, and empowered to make a tangible impact from day one.

Power Systems:
Become a member of our Power Systems team and play a hands-on role in shaping the UK’s energy future. You’ll work on projects that connect renewable energy, battery storage, and cutting-edge grid technologies to the national network, directly supporting the transition to net zero. As a graduate, you’ll gain exposure to both the technical and consultancy sides of the business, running power system studies, meeting clients, and helping to solve some of the most complex engineering challenges. You’ll be supported by experienced mentors, encouraged to bring your own ideas, and be part of a collaborative team where your contribution will have a real impact.

Graduates working within the Asset Management and Advisory team can, dependent on progress, expect to progress to an Assistant Engineer role, then to Engineer thereafter. Along the way you’ll be supported to achieve Chartered Engineer status, develop project leadership skills, and explore specialist technical or client-facing career paths.
