Job summary

A leading food wholesaler in Farnworth is seeking a Delivery Driver to join their team. In this role, you will work 45 hours per week, driving locally and ensuring timely deliveries to customers. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CatC / 18T Licence and have at least two years of driving experience. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards customer service are essential. This position includes weekend shifts as part of the 'Any 5 from 7' contract.

Our drivers are the heart of our business, ensuring customers receive their deliveries on time and with excellent service.

The position operates on an “Any 5 from 7” contract, which includes some weekend shifts.

Your responsibilities include ensuring customers' shelves are stocked with necessary products, loading stock into the vehicle at the branch, unloading at customer premises, and completing paperwork accurately.

Requirements:

• CatC / 18T Licence
• At least two years of driving experience
• Previous delivery driving experience preferred
• Ability to carry out manual deliveries
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive customer service attitude
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
