1057 - Children's Community Sister/Charge Nurse

Areyou motivated, enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills? If so this role maybe for you. We are looking for anexperienced childrens nurse who is passionate about nursing children in theirown homes and the wider community setting.

Thisis a 12 Months fixed term/secondment opportunity.

Thejob holder will work 22.5 hours over a 7-day week, including weekends and bankholidays.

Main duties of the job

To assist in providing aChildrens Community Nursing Service to children in all the community settings,including education.

This service will deliver careto children and young people with either complex needs or who need a timelytelephone/ face to face review after discharge from the Childrens Ward /Childrens Emergency Department/Childrens Assessment Unit.

To actively take part in the development of the childrens communitynursing team
