A leading NHS Trust in England seeks a motivated Children's Community Sister/Charge Nurse to provide nursing care to children in their homes and communities. This 12-month fixed-term role covers 22.5 hours per week and involves working as part of a community nursing team. Thejob holder will work 22.5 hours over a 7-day week, including weekends and bankholidays.
To assist in providing aChildrens Community Nursing Service to children in all the community settings,including education.
This service will deliver careto children and young people with either complex needs or who need a timelytelephone/ face to face review after discharge from the Childrens Ward /Childrens Emergency Department/Childrens Assessment Unit.
To actively take part in the development of the childrens communitynursing team
