Job summary

An educational service provider in the UK is seeking a part-time SEND Specialist Tutor in Tiverton. You will create and deliver tailored lessons to support young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who cannot access mainstream education. Successful candidates will hold QTS or equivalent and possess relevant teaching experience, earning £25+ per hour. This role requires working closely with families and submitting weekly reports on student progress.

Qualifications

• You must hold the right to work in the UK.
• You must have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate or be willing to process a new application.
• Provide two professional child-related references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke tuition packages on a 1:1 basis to young people with SEND.
• Create, plan, and deliver 1:1 tailored lessons.
• Support and re-engage pupils in their learning.
