Exciting Opportunity: new role of 0.6 FTE Muslim Chaplain within Heathrow Multi Faith Chaplaincy

Heathrow Multi Faith Chaplaincy Charity (CIO)is based at Heathrow Airport and is dedicated to supporting everyone’s life journey.

Are you a compassionate Muslim faith leader with chaplaincy experience, passionate to support diverse communities?

We are seeking to appoint a0.6 FTE Muslim Chaplainto join our team at Heathrow Multi Faith Chaplaincy. Heathrow is the UK’s only hub airport and the best-connected airport in the world. In this frontline chaplaincy role, you will offer pastoral care and spiritual support to people of all faiths and none. In addition, the role includes helping to meet the specific religious needs of Muslim passengers and colleagues, whilst playing your part in the wider life of the multi faith chaplaincy team.

Please note:

  • this role has a genuine occupational requirement to be filled by a person in good standing within the Muslim faith, as permitted by the Equality Act (2010).
  • this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check. Please do not apply for this position unless you are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and at-risk adults.
