Join our French Customer Support team. Our client is a world market leader in gaming and home video game consoles.

• Respond efficiently and effectively to all customer inquiries within given timescales.
• Develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of the client’s products and services.
• Handle all correspondence as requested / required.
• Accurately log all calls and follow procedures.
• Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms responsibly.
• Recognize when a problem/query should be transferred to another department or a senior staff member.

• Proficient level of French (C1).
• Intermediate level of English (B1).
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• A calm, cool, and level-headed attitude.
• Excellent self-organizing skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability to changing environments and procedures.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• High-speed internet and suitable remote work conditions.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit required.
