Qualifications

  • Expérience avec au moins un module Workday : gestion financière, dépenses ou approvisionnement.
  • 3-5 ans d'expérience dans le conseil ERP.
  • Certifications Workday recommandées, notamment Record to Report.

Responsabilités

  • Participer aux déploiements financiers de Workday dans divers rôles.
  • Gérer la gestion des services applicatifs Workday.
  • Conduire des sessions pour recueillir et analyser les exigences commerciales.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Workday Finance Consultant, working closely with client business teams, you will lead functional areas, define scope, and deliver Workday solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Participate in Workday Financial deployments in various roles
  • Manage Workday AMS
  • Conduct sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
  • Assess client needs and propose recommendations or alternative solutions to meet their goals
  • Advise on best practices, identify process improvements, and implement system enhancements
  • Configure systems, perform testing, and handle data activities to ensure solutions meet client expectations
  • Assist in converting legacy data into Workday
  • Support integration testing and configuration between Workday and third-party solutions
  • Share knowledge and mentor new team members
  • Support sales activities and business development
  • Maintain product expertise and Workday certifications, stay updated on Workday roadmap

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience with at least one Workday module: Financial Management, Expenses, or Procurement (essential)
  • 3-5 years of relevant ERP consulting experience
  • Experience in implementing functional areas like R2R, P2P, O2C, Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany
  • Workday Finance Certifications in relevant areas, preferably Record to Report (R2R)
  • Experience in process design and improvement
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in data management, system configuration, and administration
  • Growth mindset
