Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Adaptive Planning Expert to join our Finance Systems team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining Adaptive Planning solutions to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This role will partner closely with Finance, FP&A, and IT stakeholders to optimize planning processes and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain models, dashboards, reports, and templates in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Collaborate with Finance and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Manage and optimize integrations between Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials/other enterprise systems.
• Support budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and deliver training, documentation, and best practices for end-users.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and manage enhancements or upgrades.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) working with Workday Adaptive Planning in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, and corporate finance processes.
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning model building, reporting, and dashboard design.
• Knowledge of Workday Financials or other ERP/financial systems is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
