In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a high-impact marketing strategy that drives growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams including product, sales, finance, and legal. Your work will directly influence business performance, leveraging data‑driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive measurable results. Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement innovative, data‑driven marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and retain customers
  • Lead overall marketing strategy and growth plans, prioritizing scalable initiatives that drive measurable business impact
  • Partner with Finance to forecast, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI
  • Manage omnichannel marketing efforts, constantly iterating and testing strategies for optimal performance
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, extracting actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment of messaging, campaigns, and conversion strategies
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify new opportunities
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience leading marketing functions, ideally in fintech, real estate, or mortgage sectors
  • Proven track record in scaling businesses through effective marketing strategy and execution
  • Experience managing $15M+ annual marketing budgets with strong ROI focus
  • Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to align departmental goals with organizational objectives
  • Excellent analytical skills, including performance tracking, forecasting, reporting, and presentation of data to leadership
  • Deep knowledge of homeowner acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, including digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics
  • Skilled in marketing tools and platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation tools, analytics dashboards, and ad platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present ideas and data compellingly
  • Adaptability to fast‑changing priorities and collaborative, remote‑first work environments
