Could you be the full-time Reliability Analyst in saint Ouen, close to Paris, we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and problem-solving expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside knowledgeable and collaborative teammates.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring project and program reliability targets are met by performing in-service affecting failures (corrective), proposing actions to improve the quality of ground/on-board data (preventive), and collaborating especially with the Services team to drive improvements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Design Engineering, Project Engineering Managers, and Service teams), analyze data using advanced tools, and contribute to reliability growth initiatives, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of implementing and configuring data management systems, analyzing in-service affecting failures, and presenting findings to stakeholders, but also support Return of Experience activities and propose corrective actions linked with processes, tools, etc.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Implementing and configuring the Data Management System to ensure data usability
  • Analyzing in-service affecting failures and delivering detailed analysis reports
  • Presenting in-service affecting failures analysis findings to stakeholders
  • Participating in Failure Review Boards (FRB - Internal AT) and defending analysis results
  • Supporting reliability growth actions in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Proposing corrective modifications in the framework of the implementation of continuous improvement.

  • Degree in Electrical or Railway Engineering (Train's Control / Networks)
  • Ability to provide detailed dysfunctional reliability analysis
  • Ability to provide railway reliability figures, predictions
  • 2 or 3 years of experience in train's control (networks) ideally on various rolling stocks (regional & commuter trains, metros)
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis tools
  • Strong time management and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including with external stakeholders
  • Structured and hands‑on approach to problem‑solving, continuous improvements
  • Operational proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
