Role responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join the France Sales Team, covering key accounts across North East France. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by nurturing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities within academic, hospital, pharmaceutical, biotech, and government institutions. Role responsibilities include:

  • Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
  • Identify and convert new leads across key sectors
  • Provide consultative support to customers on product selection and application
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product Managers, Sales Managers, and Technical Support, to deliver high-quality service and solutions
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
  • Provide accurate reporting via CRM tools and communicate key market insights
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and industry developments
  • Contribute to strategic planning and territory development
What we are looking for

The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven sales professional with a strong background in life science and a solid understanding of molecular biology tools and technologies. You should be comfortable operating independently, capable of building strong customer relationships, and passionate about helping clients advance their scientific goals.

  • Full clean driving license
