A global shipping company in Marseille is seeking a Project Manager for Business Transformation. The role involves overseeing the development of maritime transport solutions, facilitating workshops, and ensuring alignment with business needs. YOUR ROLE
As part of the Commercial Transformation team, you will actively participate in the development and support of commercial products that enhance the maritime transport solutions offered to our customers. The scope of application includes the CMA CGM+ range, commercial products, commercial partnerships, and/or any initiative aimed at enhancing the catalog of commercial services offered to our customers.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
As part of the Product LAB team, you will act as Project Manager and support the business from the definition of its needs to the launch of the product. You will work across different product teams as well as with other Business Units depending on the various projects. You will be responsible for creating or improving commercial products and promoting them internally and externally.
In this context, you will be responsible for:
You will act as a project managerand you will monitor developments until the solution is deployed, preparing and supporting change management. To do this, you will establish and provide the internal resources necessary for the business and supervise the verification of the solution’s integrity.
Finally, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of existing processes and ensure that they evolve to meet the needs of the business. You will, of course, be proactive in proposing process improvements and driving the identification of areas for improvement.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
You have a business school degree or a higher degree in business or marketing, and at least five years of successful experience as a project manager in product design. Initial experience in an international environment and in the transport and logistics sector is a plus.
You have good knowledge of information systems and strong analytical skills, enabling you to quickly understand the environment and needs of the context in which you work. You have excellent listening and communication skills, regardless of the interlocutor (IT and business), enabling you to reformulate and synthesize business needs.
You have excellent analytical skills, pay attention to detail, and know how to put yourself in the customer's shoes. You are independent, open-minded, and recognized for your communication skills.
You are comfortable working in a team in a multicultural environment.
You are fluent in written and spoken English.
