Responsibilities include providing support to certified partners and customers, troubleshooting issues, and reporting software/hardware problems. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the networking or security industry, fluency in English and other CEE languages, and a strong customer-oriented attitude. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and certifications like NSE4 are desirable.
