We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of the platform services that underpin our fraud detection systems. This role sits at the core of our infrastructure modernisation effort; helping us scale faster, reduce operational complexity, and deliver more reliable and adaptable products to our clients.

You’ll be responsible for a suite of services that support teams across the company from core fraud detection logic to customer-facing applications. Your job is to ensure these services are robust, reusable, and aligned with real-world needs, with clear ownership, thoughtful boundaries, and a strong developer experience. You’ll also need to manage the balance between configurability and standardisation, identifying where flexibility empowers teams, and where consistency leads to better outcomes.

What You’ll Do...

Platform Product Management
  • Act as Product Owner for your teams to define the roadmap and prioritisation for a wide range of infrastructure services
  • Work with engineering to define service scope, responsibilities, and success criteria
  • Collaborate with application and platform teams to ensure your services integrate cleanly and solve the right problems
  • Help define SLAs, versioning, and adoption strategies
Delivery & Execution
  • Ensure services are delivered iteratively, with clear documentation and rollout support
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to performance, scale, or usability
  • Track usage and feedback to continuously improve product quality and developer experience
Discovery & Alignment
  • Partner with internal customers (e.g. fraud, platform, data) to understand needs and constraints
  • Translate loosely defined problems into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Proactively communicate plans, trade-offs, and decisions across technical and non-technical stakeholders
What You Bring...
  • 2–5 years of experience in product or technical product management, ideally with infrastructure, platform, or internal tooling teams
  • A strong grasp of platform concepts like service boundaries, versioning, observability, performance, and scale
  • Ability to translate between engineering detail and business impact
  • Comfort managing dependencies and driving alignment across teams
  • Curiosity, structure, and a willingness to lead by example in how platform work is shaped and delivered
  • Experience with fraud detection, document analysis, or security-related services is a plus
