A leading software provider in France is seeking a Technical Engagement Manager to develop solutions for strategic customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong SAP technical skills and experience, coupled with leadership and communication abilities. This role requires on-site presence and fluency in English and French or German, ensuring effective collaboration with teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of customer facing/liaison experience.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Technical areas.
• Experience in implementation project life cycles.

• Develop complex solutions for strategic customers using NextLabs’ data-centric security.
• Lead customer presentations and requirements mapping.
• Work independently and as part of a team with offshore teams.

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Engagement Manager who is passionate about developing complex solutions for our strategic customers using NextLabs’ data-centric security.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Total of 8 to 10 years of customer facing/liaison experience
• Good understanding of working and collaborating with Sales and Professional services organizations within NextLabs
• SAP Techno-Functional skills
• Total of 8 to 10 years of experience
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Technical areas including – ABAP Programming, RICFW Developments, HANA SQL Programming, SAP Fiori Developments, OData developments
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in GRC and Security space
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HANA, S/4 HANA, Fiori and oData
• Minimum of 1-year experience in SAP PLM
• Minimum of 1-year experience in SAP APO
• Understanding of SAP Best Practices
• Interfacing SAP with third party systems
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience of IT architecture in the SAP context
• Expertise in implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live support
• Demonstrate leadership in general: ability to identify priorities, be decisive, ability to lead strategic topics on a global basis, convince others
• Experience in Cloud technologies, SaaS products in SAP ecosystem
• Very good at communication both written and oral
• Ability to lead and drive customer presentations
• Expertise in doing presentations to customers/business stake holders/architects
• Ability to understand business requirements and mapping them to functional/technical requirements
• Ability to work independently
• Good at teamwork and be a natural team player and willing to work with offshore developments team in different time zone
• Local to France as ability to work on-Site is required
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and French / German
