Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business teams, Richemont product teams, and vendor.
• Oversee the technical design, development, testing, and deployment phases of e-commerce solutions.
• Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and align with architectural guidelines.
• Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of e-commerce functionalities.
• Monitor post-launch performance, identify areas for improvement, and coordinate necessary optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and Richemont security standards.
• Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the e-commerce platform and customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience specifically managing technical projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering e-commerce platforms or technical initiatives.
• Experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, AEM6, Commerce tools, and Alokai) is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a luxury retail or high-end consumer goods environment is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Knowledge of database concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps principles.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on e-commerce conversion.
• Understanding of development lifecycle and the way of improvement.
