A global food safety company is seeking a Sustainability Competencies Manager to develop and drive training on sustainability across the organization. This role requires 7+ years of experience, strong business acumen, and excellent stakeholder management. We are looking for a Sustainability Competencies Manager to lead the execution of sustainability transformation projects focused on building people competencies—skills, knowledge, and access to information—across Tetra Pak. This role ensures employees at all levels are equipped to deploy the sustainability agenda and communicate our value proposition effectively.
By positioning sustainability competencies as a business enabler, you will help drive growth and empower employees to engage meaningfully on sustainability topics. You’ll work closely with HR, Sustainability, IT, and external partners to develop impactful training, tools, and pathways that support Tetra Pak’s strategic ambitions.
In this position you can be based in any Tetra Pak location but in a Market Co.
