A seasonal resort company in Morzine seeks a Resort Manager to oversee operations and staff, ensuring guest satisfaction. This role requires excellent people skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a strong focus on performance management. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have prior management experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation and meals during shifts are provided, along with competitive salary and opportunities for career progression.
We employ up to 80 staff each season which gives Alpine Elements a unique advantage in offering the chance to work summer or winter and, if visa restrictions allow, back-to-back seasonal opportunities. We are one of the few companies that assist UK applicants to complete their visa paperwork, meaning all UK passport holders are welcome to apply, however the recruitment process has extra steps to obtain your visa and work permits. The majority of our guests are from the UK, therefore it is compulsory that all applicants are fluent in English to be considered for a position.

Our resort manager is the driving force behind our teams ensuring a smooth operation that provides our guests with a fantastic holiday that exceeds expectations.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the general operation and staff wellbeing, managing and working closely with the chalet supervisor to ensure product delivery, resort logistics and staff performance.
The role is very broad so being able to multitask and prioritise is essential, no two days are ever the same; from paperwork completion at home/office to onsite visits and meetings with staff and guests - You will be sure to be kept on your toes!
Building strong relationships with our staff, suppliers and guests is vital in this role, we are looking for a real go getter who is approachable, target driven and committed to achieving high standards and service.
