Position Overview :

As a Strategic Assistant Intern at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), you will work closely with a senior leader and support him in daily strategic activities.

This internship is designed as a high-exposure role, combining meeting support, strategic preparation, technology watch, and high-quality content production.

You will act as a true “right hand”, helping structure ideas, follow up on actions, and prepare decision-making materials.

Main Missions :
1. Meeting Support & Follow-up
  • Attend internal and external meetings (strategy, governance, client-related, innovation topics)
  • Prepare meeting agendas and background materials
  • Produce clear, structured meeting minutes and action plans
  • Track follow-ups and key decisions
2. Strategic & Technology Watch
  • Conduct regular technology and market monitoring (digital, IT, innovation trends)
  • Summarize insights in short briefs or slides
  • Support preparation of strategic reflections and viewpoints
3. Content & Presentation Preparation
  • Prepare and structure PowerPoint presentations (executive-level)
  • Help transform ideas into clear, impactful slides
  • Support creation of syntheses, executive summaries and notes
4. Organization & Structuring Support
  • Help structure documents, files, and working materials
  • Support prioritization of topics and preparation of key milestones
  • Contribute to improving working methods and efficiency
5. Ad-hoc Support
  • Provide transversal support depending on priorities (analysis, documentation, coordination)
  • Act as a reliable point of support on fast-moving topics
Desired Profile :
  • Business School student (preferred) or equivalent (Master level)
  • Strong interest in strategy, digital topics, and innovation
  • Excellent synthesis and writing skills
  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Autonomous, proactive, and discreet
  • Very good command of PowerPoint and Microsoft 365
  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
