Le poste exige actuellement un master et de bonnes compétences en communication en anglais et en français. Vous participerez à des projets variés et bénéficierez d'une expérience riche dans un environnement collaboratif.

Votre mission

En tant que stagiaire chez SAP France vous acquerrez une exprience pratique dans un environnement dynamique et international. Vous assisterez votre quipe dans diverses tches notamment :

• Participer aux projets en cours et aux operations quotidiennes par exemple le support aux clients (employs) la gestion des amendes et dautres tches lies aux activits de la flotte automobile
• Préparer des prsentations des rapports (par exemple le reporting IFRS16) et de la documentation
• Réaliser des recherches et des analyses de donnes pour appuyer les décisions commerciales
• Participer aux runions d'équipe et la collaboration interfonctionnelle
• Soutenir la communication interne et la coordination entre les parties prenantes
• Contribuer à lamlioration et la documentation des processus internes

Votre profil

Vous êtes actuellement inscrit(e) en master de préférence en Business administration ou dans un domaine similaire

Vous manifestez un vif intérêt pour le travail au sein d'une entreprise technologique mondiale et pour l'apprentissage dans un environnement dynamique

Vous possédez dexcellentes compétences en communication en anglais comme en français

Vous maîtrisez bien les outils Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel Word)

Vous êtes fiable bien organisé(e) et capable de travailler en équipe avec une attitude proactive

Une expérience préalable en stage ou en tant qu'étudiant salarié constitue un atout

Une expérience ou un intérêt pour l'automobile et les sujets liés au leasing représente un avantage

Votre équipe

L'équipe de gestion de flotte automobile de SAP France fait partie de l'organisation mondiale de gestion des flottes responsable des véhicules de société de SAP dans plus de 40 pays à travers le monde. Notre objectif est d'offrir aux employés de SAP les meilleurs avantages possibles tout en plaçant la durabilité au coeur de nos priorités. À l'échelle mondiale nous gérons environ 34 000 véhicules de société dont environ 550 en France.

Seules les candidatures accompagnées d'un CV en anglais seront examinées.

Durée : 6 mois

Conformément à la législation française pour toute durée supérieure à 2 mois ce stage fait l'objet d'une gratification en alignement avec la grille définie par SAP
