AXA IM Prime’s team of seasoned investment professionals has a long history of meeting AXA group’s ambitious investment targets whilst incorporating proactive ESG commitments and strict risk‑management criteria. AXA IM Prime oversees EUR30bn of alternative assets, with EUR5bn of commitments p.a. to be deployed over the next 3 years.

The main responsibilities of the role

• Participate in the set‑up of new private‑market funds (project monitoring, interactions with external providers and internal support functions)
• Follow‑up investors onboarding (completion of subscription documentation with investors / respond to AML KYC request, liaise with fund administrator and transfer agents, governance with board of directors…)
• Support the team in any event happening during the life of the funds (creation of new compartment / liquidation…)
• Participate in the transfer of assets by working closely with the external GPs and Legal team to complete legal documentation, determine transfer prices and answer KYC AML requests
• Support the team to provide any ad‑hoc analysis requested on our funds by investors
• Interact with legal departments on various topics (board, funds set‑ups…) and manage electronic signature processes of legal documentation
• Assist the head of the team in the budget monitoring
• Support the team in various internal analysis (fund performance analysis, cost analysis…)
• Support the team in the oversight of external providers to ensure a high quality of service and the contractual relationship

Profile

Education/Qualifications

• Currently undertaking a Master’s degree in Finance or in a leading Business or Engineering school with a specialization in Finance
• Previous experience in asset management is an advantage

Technical skills

• Understanding of asset management industry and private markets
• Understanding of fund management is an advantage
• Capacity of autonomy to lead projects (investor onboarding, AML/KYC, asset transfer…)

Competencies

• Fluency in English
• Literate in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong working ethics and autonomy
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Rigor and analytical skills
