Responsibilities

• Product development: you take an active role in the product development process of core and seasonal collections as well as specific developments for new business purposes, including marketing activation activities. You do this in collaboration with internal cross functional departments (R&D, purchasing, production, quality, etc.) and external agencies.
• Social media: together with our agency and MBC marketing team, you give strong support and coordinate our Social Media execution plan (posts on Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms).
• Market and trends analysis: you are in charge of benchmarking our competitors as well as gathering ideas or trends from various industries in order to bring some new inspiration to the team.
