Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

An internship opportunity entitled “HR Sales Partner Internship (m/f)” has just opened at Airbus Commercial at its Blagnac site. You will join the “Human Resources” department in charge of local HR support for the Purchasing function (approximately 4,000 employees).

Your internship will consist of working closely with our HRBPs (Human Resources Business Partners). This internship will allow you to discover the core of the HR function and actively participate in large-scale projects, while exploring the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into our processes.

This 6-month or 1-year internship will ideally start in January 2026 (this period is indicative and may be adjusted).

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in HR campaigns: You will assist HRBPs in preparing and rolling out our annual campaigns, such as performance reviews, salary reviews, engagement surveys, and talent management. You will be involved in data analysis, coordination with managers, and internal communication.
  • Operational support: You will assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks, such as preparing presentation materials, monitoring HR indicators (reporting), and managing personnel files.
  • AI innovation projects: Proposing solutions to automate recurring tasks using AI and monitoring the latest trends in AI applied to HR.

Your mentor will support you throughout your internship, helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.

Your qualifications:

You are currently pursuing a master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources or an equivalent university degree.

Ideally, you have the following skills:

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and/or Google Suite
  • Previous experience (internship, work-study program) in HR would be a plus, but is not essential.
  • Soft skills: Curious and proactive, appetite for new technologies, analytical mind, and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: English (Advanced/Negotiation) and French (all levels accepted, but not mandatory)
