A leading international consulting firm is looking for qualified Non-Key Experts to support a project focused on the EU Green Deal in the Philippines. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant university degree and possess experience in development cooperation and knowledge of EU legislation. Fluency in English is required. Specialists in EU Green Deal legislation (Cat. I, Cat. II, Cat. III)

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility for the Philippines – Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines.”

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start June 2026). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Philippines.

Requirements :
  • Education : University degree in law, EU studies, environmental policy, or related fields
  • General professional experience : Experience in development cooperation and policy support
  • Specific professional experience : Knowledge of EU Green Deal legislation and its external dimension
  • Language : English is mandatory
