The role

What you need to know

The role will predominantly involve study, analyse, manage and quote general ledger major and middle market business in accordance with the AIG guidelines, authorities, strategy, processes and tools. Responsibilities include:

• Build up a profitable book of new business
• Be the main contact for brokers and new business submissions
• Prepare risk referrals for new business
• Handle rater tools and prepare booking instructions
• Participate in client / broker meetings
• Handle the commercial relationship with clients and brokers
• Give presentations, trainings and take care of internal and external networking with regular meetings in all France regions
• Invest in different underwriting excellence initiatives
