A global cybersecurity leader is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support sales teams and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves providing technical expertise, conducting Proof of Value engagements, and presenting to clients. Candidates should have experience in pre-sales/post-sales, strong knowledge of network systems, and fluency in English and French. Following the rapidly continued growth of our customer base, Darktrace are looking to add to our team of Solutions Engineers. These fast-paced, technical and customer facing roles support our sales teams in ensuring customer needs are met.
You will use your expertise to provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support, partnering with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to drive revenue growth and further the adoption of our products.
