Job Description

As a Logistics Technician at the Paris service center, your main tasks will include organizing and managing the inflow and outflow of goods at the service center, ensuring that the merchandise is properly routed.

Your responsibilities will involve receiving (inspection, labeling, storage) devices, handling daily requests, and managing both national and international shipping. You will also be responsible for making deliveries related to other office activities.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure shipments: exports and imports.
  • Prepare export and import documents in compliance with regulatory and customs requirements.
  • Handle daily shipments to customers within the geographical area, considering deadlines, administrative constraints, and customs regulations.
  • Track shipments, record and verify customs documents.
  • Communicate with customers for shipment tracking.
  • Handle and organize products.
  • Receive, verify, and store products and goods.
  • Prepare deliveries and shipments.
  • Label, classify, and package products and goods.
  • Obtain proof of receipt.
Required Profile
  • 2 years of experience in a store management or logistics role.
  • BTS or BUT in transport management and associated logistics.
  • Extensive knowledge in delivery management, customs, and incoterms.
  • Experience with the SAP platform is a plus.
  • Ability to organize tasks independently based on given priorities.
  • Intermediate computer skills and the ability to work with various software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to tactfully handle more challenging cases.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
