What You Will Do

As a Senior Software Engineer you will work closely with leadership (Engineering Manager Product Manager Product Designer) and collaborate with Sales Marketing and Operations teams. You will be expected to :

• Design and deliver growth-driven features
• Acquisition (B2B website new regions expansion).
• Conversion (free premium in-product upgrades).
• Efficiency (automation dashboards internal tools AI for internal users).
• Drive engineering best practices : quality testing documentation observability (Datadog) and production monitoring.
• Shape technical strategy crafting architectural proposals with architects and aligning engineering roadmaps with Growth & GTM objectives.
• Scale our GTM systems : automate Sales & Ops workflows build self-serve activation experiences and integrate with third-party tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to turn business insights into impactful technical solutions.

Who You Are

• 8 years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript React API development.
• Experience with complex systems : microservices CI / CD (GitHub Actions) Docker and AWS environments.
• Proven collaboration with Product Design and Go-to-Market teams.
• Product-first mindset : ability to empathize with customers and link technical choices to business impact.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).

Bonus Points

• Experience in B2B SaaS / Growth Engineering.
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ PostgreSQL OpenSearch AWS Glue Salesforce.
• Experience building high-availability systems and observability.
• Track record of driving PLG / PLS strategies or building Sales / GTM enablement tools.
• Hands‑on experience with AI-powered features.
