The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Agile methodologies and a proven track record in managing IT network projects. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding the team to high performance. This full-time position offers opportunities for regular travel to Brussels.

Qualifications

Group Technology Services (GTS) plans, builds, and runs the global infrastructure of Euroclear and is additionally responsible for IT service management for the operating entities of various Group markets. GTS operates its IT systems and services to deliver agreed levels of service at benchmarked costs, supporting business processes during normal operations and disaster recovery.

Senior Scrum Master

Join the Network Engineering tribe responsible for daily operations, evolution, monitoring, and automation of the Euroclear group network. The team is involved in business and infrastructure project support and delivery. You will be part of the DC connectivity squad managing all CORE LAN/WAN & Security perimeter.

We seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead our IT network team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of managing and delivering IT network projects. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team in Agile best practices to achieve high performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the backlog.
• Remove impediments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Track and report team progress and metrics.
• Support the team in meeting goals and deadlines.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience managing IT network projects.

Nice to have :

• Degree in Computer Science or related certifications in Network Technologies, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Experience with network technologies and infrastructure.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
