How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead cross-functional project teams and define execution strategies.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing large EPC projects in the energy or industrial sector.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple teams.
• Influential communicator with leadership presence.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Financial acumen and commercial awareness.

Votre Profil

• Diplôme d’ingénieur (Bac+5) ou équivalent.
• Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets EPC dans l’énergie ou l’industrie.
• Maîtrise des environnements contractuels complexes.
• Excellente organisation et capacité à coordonner plusieurs équipes.
• Leadership affirmé et sens de l’influence.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
• Compétences financières et sens commercial.
• Bonne connaissance de la gestion des risques, des plannings et des changements.
• Expérience avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
• Esprit proactif, orienté résultats et collaboration.
