A global leader in insurance is seeking an employee to support inclusive insurance initiatives in Paris. This role involves strategic studies, updating insurance strategies, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have 7-10 years of experience in insurance or financial services, with strong innovative and organizational skills. Fluent French and English are required. The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. Within the Group, you will join AXA EssentiALL , AXA's inclusive insurance business with social impact. Our purpose is to make insurance more accessible, affordable and attractive to low-to-middle income customers who remain vulnerable to unforeseen events. Launched in 2016 with an initial focus on emerging markets, AXA's inclusive insurance strategy has been expanded in 2024 to Europe as part of AXA's new strategic plan "Unlock the Future". Our aim is to build a sustainable business model while maximizing the value and impact delivered to our customers. By 2026, AXA EssentiALL has an ambitious objective to close the protection gap for 20 million customers globally (vs. 17.4m customers in 2024).
Within this Department, you will be supporting the development of inclusive insurance in France where over a quarter of the population is suffering from increasing financial vulnerabilities that jeopardize their economic resilience and health. AXA EssentiALL is therefore developing tailored-made solutions and adaptation of our core offerings to better fit the needs of modest income households.
To ensure success you will collaborate with 1) AXA France's different business units, 2) AXA EssentiALL's cross-functional experts, 3) external partners.
This temporary position is designed to cover for a maternity leave within the team and can lead, if successful, to open-ended job opportunities e.g. in AXA France's inclusive insurance team.
