Description du poste

We are looking for a new Project Manager, to join the BIOVIA EMEAR Project Management department at DASSAULT SYSTEMES.

Missions

• Develops, plans and manages implementation of technically complex and challenging customer projects across disparate organisations in line with the BIOVIA Services Project Lifecycle Methodology
• Ensures project is compliant with relevant standards, regulatory requirement and contractual agreements. Suggest and coordinate process improvements
• Ensures BIOVIA’ interests are addressed by working closely with Professional Services Leadership, Sales, Tech Sales, Legal, Operations and other support organisations ensuring overall success of the project(s)
• Requires excellent communication skills. Prepares and presents executive briefings with BIOVIA customers and internally, including recommendations for executive action
• Experienced in Stakeholder management. Comfortable managing stakeholders both internally within DS and with the customer
• Management of project expenditures, both capital and expense and partnering with finance to ensure timely and accurate service invoicing for projects
• Assists in the creation of proposals and estimates for Professional Service projects from project extensions with existing customers to working on new proposals with Sales, Presales and Solutions Architects

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken French and English required
• Qualified to degree level or similar, Project Management Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2, beneficial though not essential
• A successful and verifiable track record of the successful management and delivery of complex projects in a software environment in a Science industry
• A strong commercial understanding combined with project management expertise working within a consulting organisation
• An in depth understanding of processes, workflows and business factors for commercial organisations
• Knowledge in Business Analysis and Software Engineering
