You will be responsible for solving technical issues, leading cross-functional projects, and enhancing production efficiency. The ideal candidate should hold an Engineer or PhD in biotechnology, have at least 7 years of experience in related fields, and possess expertise in industrial biotechnology and fermentation processes. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the food or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of microbiology and food safety.
• Expertise in fermentation with skills in extraction/purification/drying.
