We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our dynamic System and Networking team. The ideal candidate will have good Linux and network knowledge, and a lot of curiosity to learn how to manage and automate huge infrastructures (1500+ servers, own network backbone) in a distributed system environment.

Your impact at Brevo:

• Participate in building, maintaining scalable and efficient system and network platforms using automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Monitor and optimize performance to ensure high availability and reliability using Datadog.
• Design, manage and maintain system and network part deployment solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hosting requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Participate in automation for deployment pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Help to diagnose and resolve system and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, processes, and procedures.

Who you are:

• Minimum experience of 5 years in system and networking
• Knowledge of Network (routing / NAT / BGP)
• Knowledge of Bare Metal Systems (IPMI/Kernel/Process/Disk/Memory/Network)
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for automation tasks.
• Experience in system and network management, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Extensive knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge of an automation tool like Ansible is a strong plus
