When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days / week in our office, 53 rue de Chateaudun, 75009 Paris.

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution of 360° marketing campaigns contributing to the brand strategy and manage the marketing plan and local activations on the French market, ensuring a holistic, media-driven and business-oriented approach across the entire marketing funnel – from awareness to conversion.

You will report to the Global Marketing Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data, Performance, PR…) as well as external partners to deliver impactful, insight-led initiatives.

Please note that we are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a temporary maternity cover (CDD), with an earliest start date of March 16th.

Key Missions & Tasks
Marketing strategy & planning
  • Lead integrated 360° marketing plans aligned with marketing strategy and business objectives, for Meetic France.
  • Write campaign-specific briefs grounded in data, consumer insights and business priorities.
  • Balance short-term performance with long-term brand building.
  • Ensure Brand image consistency across campaigns, content, and touchpoints.
Campaign Execution
  • Lead the development and deployment of brand content campaigns across all paid, owned and earned channels with platform optimized assets.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders (agency, creator, influencer, …) throughout the campaign lifecycle — from brief to go‑live.
  • Drive social media editorial planning, content creation, and execution in alignment with brand voice and priorities.
  • Own campaign budgets: plan, track, and optimize spend to ensure both creative excellence and cost efficiency.
Brand Management
  • Align brand messaging with business priorities and market realities & specificities.
  • Contribute to the evolution of brand positioning, messaging and visual identity.
  • Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
  • Ensure brand alignment across Product, CRM, Content and Design teams.
  • Collaborate with Global Communication to define messaging frameworks and narratives.
  • Lead market specific PR & communications strategies & initiatives
Performance Monitoring
  • Monitor campaign performance in close collaboration with media, data and performance teams regarding set KPIs & measurement frameworks.
    Insight analysis
    • Monitor consumer behaviors, cultural trends, and market dynamics
    • Translate insights into actionable strategies and creative opportunities
    • Benchmark competitors and refine positioning accordingly
    Cross functional collaboration
    • Work closely with Acquisition, Product, PR, Creative, and Market Research, Media teams to align on goals and execution
    • Ensure smooth coordination across global and local stakeholders.
    • Actively contribute to building shared marketing rituals, tools and ways of working that support team efficiency and alignment.

    A 30 min onsite or Zoom interview with Lucie (Senior Director Marketing, Match&Meetic)

    A final 45min interview with Mickael (Senior People Director, Meetic)
