Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong expertise in commercial law and privacy law.
• Able to handle diverse legal topics with rigor, autonomy, and adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations across all Group departments.
• Advise operational teams on a wide range of legal topics.
• Draft, review, and validate contracts supporting operational and strategic projects.
• Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters.
