Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in a similar IT position.
• Experience in Infrastructure Delivery, Security, Helpdesk.
• First management position experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Enhance Workstation Master.
• Write Procedure and technical documentation for Helpdesk.
• Manage incident escalation from support teams.
• Align service recommendations across different Masters.
• Build end-user service catalog with Helpdesk.
• Propose technical solutions for Workstation evolution.
