A leading global marketing company in Paris is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead projects for a key client. This role involves managing client relationships and overseeing retail activation and POSM projects. Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager (SAM) to join our in-market client team for one of adm Indicia’s largest global accounts. This role is the operational lead in-market, coordinating complex projects across creative, production, and sourcing teams.

The SAM will be a key point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. We are particularly seeking someone with strong POS (Point of Sale) and retail activation experience, able to oversee end-to-end print and POSM production and deliver exceptional shopper marketing outcomes.

This role requires strong project management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day client projects from briefing to delivery, maintaining clarity, accuracy, and control.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a reliable, solutions-focused partner.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, performance, and production teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, scoping, and briefing sessions to meet brand, shopper, and procurement objectives.
  • Oversee POSM and retail activation projects, ensuring high-quality delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Uphold quality control standards and ensure outputs comply with brand, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Support internal reviews and retrospectives to improve processes and implement best practices.
  • Maintain consistent documentation, status tracking, and reporting to keep all stakeholders aligned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in client services, marketing, print/POSM production, or retail campaign delivery (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong experience in POSM, retail activation, and shopper marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent project management, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder, capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercially aware with strong budget management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver, able to identify risks and recommend solutions.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adjusting plans when required.
  • Fluent in English and the local market language.
  • Based in-market and available to work from the client’s office daily.
