Role Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as a Client Facilitator, supporting the lead advisor in delivering exceptional service to our high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
This role bridges advisor-led client engagements and service delivery, ensuring client priorities are captured, organized, and advanced with precision. You’ll work alongside the Principal Advisor from the start of client relationships, managing follow-through, coordinating execution, and maintaining an exceptional client experience.
The ideal candidate has a background in financial services, account management, or operations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is equally comfortable managing fine details and big-picture priorities. This position offers a career path toward either a client-facing advisory role or a senior operations/client service leadership role.
Your Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Track and document all advisor-client interactions in the CRM.
- Manage the prospective client pipeline, including follow-ups, recap emails, and meeting preparation.
- Draft and send scopes of work and engagement agreements; manage recurring billing setup.
- Maintain and track discussion topics with current and prospective clients.
Client Service Management & Support
- Aggregate and maintain key client documents (tax returns, entity records, licenses, etc.).
- Create client-ready presentations and deliverables aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor fulfillment of recurring client services (e.g., tax filings, entity maintenance).
- Coordinate information flow between internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines.
- Step in as needed to support client services across banking, investment, legal, and tax areas.
Financial Planning & Investments
- Provide light para-planning support, ensuring accurate client data entry into planning/reporting tools.
- Maintain trackers for inbound investment opportunities by asset class, manager, and risk/return profile.
- Keep due diligence and active investment records up to date.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years in operational, account management, or project management roles within financial services, law, tax, or family office firms within the U.S.
- Required: 4+ years in financial services, including at least 2 years in UHNW wealth management, family office services, or a related setting within the U.S.
- Preferred: Series 65, CFP, CPA/PFS, CPWA or equivalent certifications.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, tax strategy, banking & lending, estate planning, and investment principles.
- Proven project management skills and experience delivering high-quality, sensitive client work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, and financial planning/reporting tools.
