SAP QM / CS Consultant (FREELANCE)

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced SAP QM / CS Consultant to support an end-to-end transformation focused on quality processes, customer service, returns, and service management. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across both Quality Management (QM) and Customer Service (CS) in ECC or S / 4HANA, with solid integration experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver functional design, configuration, and support across SAP QM and SAP CS
  • Manage Quality Notifications , Inspection Lots , Results Recording , Defect Management , and Quality Certificates
  • Support Service Notifications , Service Orders , repairs, RMAs, warranty processes, and returns
  • Work closely with operations, quality, manufacturing, and service teams to understand business requirements
  • Perform detailed fit-gap analysis , process mapping, and solution design
  • Support test cycles, defect solving, cutover, training, and go-live
  • Ensure strong integration across SD, MM, PM, PP
  • Provide ongoing enhancements and continuous improvement recommendations
Core Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands‑on experience in SAP QM (inspections, notifications, results recording, defects, batch management)
  • Solid experience in SAP CS (service orders, repair / returns, equipment, warranties)
  • Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end cross‑functional processes between QM and CS
  • Experience with S / 4HANA beneficial
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced project environment
  • FRENCH LANGUAGE SKILLS
Nice to Have
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, life sciences, or industrial environments
  • Knowledge of QM–PM and CS–SD integration points
  • Workflow knowledge for notifications and service processes
  • Experience supporting global deployments
