Ready to take a leading role in shaping growth across Europe’s personal care market? In this remote position, you’ll partner closely with major beauty and personal care brands, driving commercial success while working flexibly from home and travelling when the work demands it.

No two days look the same; one day you're strategising with customers, the next you're identifying new opportunities to strengthen our position in a fast-moving market.

You’ll manage key accounts, lead commercial initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to customers looking for high-quality chemical solutions. This role offers scope to make a visible impact internally and with partners across France and beyond.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver sales and gross margin growth across your portfolio.
  • Build, manage, and expand customer relationships, strengthening both new and existing accounts.
  • Analyse market data to identify opportunities and drive commercial alignment.
  • Resolve customer challenges quickly and maintain trust through proactive communication.
  • Plan customer visits, follow up on actions, and manage opportunities through the CRM pipeline.
  • Prepare visit reports, forecasts, and presentations on commercial activities and new products.
  • Share insights on product performance, customer needs, and competitive trends.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to support supply chain and business planning.
  • Support accounting and customer service with collection activities.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive commercial excellence.
Must-Haves
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • 5–8 years’ commercial experience in the personal care or beauty sector in France.
  • Fluent French and English.
  • Based in France and near a major international airport.
  • Strong planning, organisation, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Confident using MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel 25–50% (day trips + overnight).
