This role requires at least 10 years of experience in sales management within the mechanics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic vision, excellent KPI monitoring skills, and the ability to lead a sales team effectively. As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager (M/F).

Missions:
  • Facilitate, coordinate and grow the company’s business in France and in Europe
  • Create business momentum and support sales team in developing key accounts
  • Develop and motivate the sales force
  • Set the communication and marketing toolbox to expand the set of LUBODRY® solutions
Profile (M/F):

You have at least 10 years of experience in sales management, in a BtoB environment, within the mechanics industry, ideally with emphasis in surface treatment

You know how to sell technical and industrial solutions with high value added to your customers while keeping track on ROI

You have an excellent ability to understand strategic issues of your customers and know how to offer them the right solution

You know how to identify and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)

You know how to federate and manage a sales team

You have a real strategic vision

Other Information:

Position based in Sartrouville (Yvelines, France), with business travel in France and Europe

Attractive remuneration package depending on profile (fixed salary and incentives)
