What You'll Do
  • Steer a strong team, fuel growth, and deliver the elevated experience Land Rover guests expect.
  • Inspire, coach, and motivate a high‑performance sales team to exceed goals.
  • Set strategic sales plans and champion innovative, results‑focused initiatives.
  • Lead the full sales cycle for new and pre‑owned, own the desk, manage inventory, and maintain strong deal flow.
  • Oversee vehicle ordering, merchandising, and ensure our digital presence reflects a luxury brand.
  • Partner with marketing to develop traffic‑driving campaigns and brand‑forward content.
  • Use vAuto, PBS, and reporting tools to analyze performance and uncover opportunities.
  • Uphold a guest‑first culture from first greeting to final delivery.
  • Stay on top of market trends, luxury consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with finance, service, and marketing to ensure a seamless, premium dealership experience.
  • Attend brand training and development opportunities.
What You Bring
  • Demonstrated success in automotive sales management (new and pre‑owned).
  • Experience with luxury brands or premium clientele is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with vAuto and PBS or a willingness to become an expert.
  • Strong understanding of digital retailing and modern merchandising strategies.
  • Genuine passion for premium vehicles and the Land Rover brand.
  • Analytical thinker with a data‑driven approach to performance.
  • Willingness to travel for brand training and development.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
