Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Directeur des Ventes pour l'Europe de l'Ouest. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la négociation de contrats avec des chaînes de supermarchés multinationales et du développement de relations stratégiques avec des partenaires de distribution clés. Vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler sur des projets à long terme avec un potentiel de croissance significatif. Description du poste

Title: Sales Director (West Europe and EU)

Type of Contract: Independent

Duration: 6 months renewable (project over three years)

Customer: Our customer is a multi-national conglomerate company (1B$ revenues PA). It has diversified business interests including financial services, fast-moving consumer goods, education, hospitality, energy, EPC, consumer electronics, realty, biotech, and Ayurveda. The group runs 136 companies under 15 different business verticals across all five continents.

Availability: In one month

Monthly package: 4500 - 5000 Euros Net + Commission

Job Description:

  • Negotiation, finalization of New Customers and distributors for exports market and countries in Europe.
  • Negotiation, finalization of contract with Supermarket chains and Key Accounts in the Export market and countries.
  • Building a distribution network and relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop close working relationships with key strategic distribution partners.
  • Deliver sales budget and margin expectations.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to export distributors.
  • Prepare Customer’s business summary on a regular basis and share with respective Account Handler to keep them updated on the Customer’s business results and opportunities.
  • Planning, negotiation, and finalization of the annual goals with the export markets.
  • Identifying opportunities for sales increase and utilizing new business development opportunities.
  • Preparation of business plan and targets for the export market.
  • Improve Margin and profitability by optimizing Sales price and Sales/Marketing Overheads.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Develop and negotiate tailor-made in-store promotions and promotional activities in the markets and retailers.
  • Actively engage in the management and development of key clients.
  • After-sales activities which include follow-up and payments monitoring.
  • Reviewing and maintaining agreed pricing policies.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate key objectives.
  • Regular reporting to superiors.

Key Expertise:

The candidate must have experience and expertise dealing and finalizing contracts with large multinational supermarket chains in Europe. Should have adequate knowledge of the trade of the supermarket chains (modern trade) in these markets. The candidate must possess necessary skills and relationships with key stakeholders to finalize contracts with the supermarket chains in the shortest possible time frame. Previous experience working with large distributors and importers who distribute FMCG/Food products in the Modern trade and supermarket chains is essential.

Organisation and team:

Once the market is opened for each of the countries, the candidate should lead a team of salespersons assigned to each market or markets.
