Director of Sales – France (Strategic Growth Role)

Location: Paris or Lyon (preferred), with remote working options across France.

Are you a seasoned sales leader with a strong track record in enterprise, technology or hardware-centric markets? We’re partnering with an innovative deep-tech organisation at the cutting edge of AI and edge computing solutions, experiencing rapid growth across Europe. They are now seeking a Director of Sales – France to drive commercial success and market expansion across key industry customers.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead and execute the sales strategy for France, aligned with overall regional growth objectives.
  • Build and nurture strategic enterprise customer relationships, particularly with hardware OEMs, industrial and manufacturing clients.
  • Drive pipeline development, revenue growth and market penetration through effective sales planning and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including marketing, product and engineering — to ensure solutions address market demand.
  • Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and partner engagements to raise brand visibility.
Key Requirements
  • Proven senior sales leadership experience, ideally within technology, deep-tech, AI, edge computing or related hardware/software markets.
  • Strong background selling into enterprise accounts and OEM/industrial customers, with a consultative, solution-led approach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluency in French and English.
  • Ability to lead complex deals, manage long sales cycles, and influence at C-suite/customer leadership level.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, international environment with strategic autonomy.
