Job summary

In order to Iron Mountain’s continued growth on a global scale, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Director to lead and develop our Business Development team in France. This critical role will drive revenue and profitability growth within our corporate and public sector customers, while also championing customer retention and overall sales excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker (building growth strategies), results-oriented leader, and a mentor capable of driving a culture of excellence, collaboration, customer centricity and accountability. This role involves overseeing and directly contributing to the team\'s sales activities, building strategy, expanding the team to achieve growth ambition and ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
